Set up module window for Orders

From Orders, select Set up module

Last Order #

(read only) Displays the order number of the last order entered.

Last Invoice #

(read only) Displays the invoice number of the last order invoiced.

Order Staging button

Opens the Order Status Defaults window used for defining the defaults for the system-defined order type categories.

Add-on Charges button

Opens the Add-on Charges window used for enabling sales tax for freight and handling charges, for selecting a default shipping method, and for defining freight, handling, and restocking charges.

Backorders button

Opens the Backorder Processing window used for enabling and defining Automatic Backorder Processing.

Inventory button

Opens the Inventory System Setup window used for defining default inventory options and default accounts.

Web button

Opens the Web Order Options window used for defining options for sales transactions over the Web.
